Keep records of what you achieve for later use.

Several months of high career pressure: heavier work, slow progress or someone in authority who checks closely. You may feel unrecognised as you should be. Hold the quality of your work, set limits on load, avoid shortcuts and keep an exit plan in mind if things do not improve. Keep a record of your results as evidence of your effort, so that one piece of criticism cannot wipe out the value you have built up.
