Sign match
Sagittarius + Pisces
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
Both mutable and both searching for meaning, and old texts gave you the same traditional ruler, Jupiter. Conversations about faith, dreams and what life could be run deep. The square, however, makes expression abrasive: Sagittarius speaks plainly and moves on quickly, Pisces absorbs each word and goes quiet or slips away. Money, timekeeping and routine work tend to belong to nobody. Rotate who handles the ordinary stuff, and let Sagittarius practice a softer delivery on subjects where Pisces is tender.

- Elements that see the world differently: it takes more translation, and you often learn the most from each other.

- The same modality: you meet change in a similar way, which helps you stay in step and can also lead to head-on clashes.

The two signs
Sagittarius: Sun sign personality
Sagittarius is mutable fire, ruled by Jupiter, the planet of growth and belief. With your Sun here you look toward the horizon: the next place, the bigger idea, the answer to why. You need room to roam, in geography, in thought or in belief, and you tend to feel cramped by small, fixed frames. Your outlook is hopeful, and your enthusiasm often arrives with a question about what it all means.
Pisces: Sun sign personality
Pisces is mutable water. Jupiter is its traditional ruler and Neptune its modern one, and together they point to the boundless and the unseen. A Sun here makes you porous: you take in moods, music, images and other people's pain almost as if they were your own. You tend to live partly in imagination, where meaning is felt rather than argued. You adapt like water to whatever vessel you are in, and your sense of the mystery behind things is real.
