Planets in signs and houses
Mars in the 9th House
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
Mars in the 9th house makes you fight for beliefs and ideals. You love adventure, long journeys and the pursuit of knowledge with zest, enjoy hard philosophical or religious debate, and may become a powerful campaigner or teacher. Be careful of pushing your beliefs onto others or taking risks while travelling. When you listen to different views, your convictions grow stronger and more reasoned.
Mars in a birth chart
Mars is the planet of energy and action. It describes how you assert yourself, go after what you want, compete, defend your boundaries and express anger. It is your drive, and it shows whether you tend to charge ahead, hold back or wait for the right moment.
