Planets in signs and houses
Mercury in the 2nd House
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
Mercury in the 2nd house gives you a smart, flexible way of thinking about money. You have a head for trade, negotiate well, and may earn through speaking, writing, teaching or buying and selling. You value knowledge and information as much as possessions. Be careful of changing financial plans too often or deciding on unclear news. Write down income and expenses, and pause before big decisions. Your own skills and ideas are assets that can keep growing.
Mercury in a birth chart
Mercury is the planet of mind and message. It describes how you gather information, think things through, speak and write, and how you learn. In myth it is the messenger who moves between worlds, and in a chart it shows how you connect ideas and people.
