Virgo decan 2: the decan lords of both systems
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
Virgo decan 2 · ราศีกันย์ เดแคนที่ 2
Chaldean decans
Virgo decan 2 covers 10°00′–19°59′ of Virgo, the middle ten degrees. In the Chaldean system each ten-degree slice has a lord called the face, and here it is Venus.
Venus as face lord gives the middle of Virgo a polite, refined streak. Detail is applied to taste: how something looks, how a message is worded, whether the table is set right. Warmth is shown through care in small things, and a well-chosen gift matters more than a large one. The risk is correcting other people's choices when they did not ask, and holding back a compliment until everything is perfect.
A planet here tends to emphasise refinement and tact in how things are done. In practice, you choose the exact words of a message, tidy the table before guests arrive, and politely rearrange something that already looked fine.

Triplicity decans
Virgo decan 2 covers 10°00′–19°59′ of Virgo, the middle ten degrees. In the triplicity system its sub-sign is Capricorn, and its lord is Saturn, the traditional ruler of Capricorn.
Virgo coloured by Capricorn gives the care for detail a serious, structured backbone. Work is organised, scheduled and aimed at results that last. Standards are high and so is the sense of responsibility. Discipline comes easily; relaxing the standard takes effort. Detail is no longer an end in itself but a way to get something solid built, which makes this the most career-minded and the least playful part of Virgo.
A planet here tends to emphasise disciplined craft. In practice, you set up a weekly schedule, keep a log of what is done, and feel uneasy on a day without a list, even when the day was meant to be a holiday.

Note
The two systems count in different ways, so their results can differ; they do not contradict each other.
