Planets in signs and houses
Neptune in Scorpio
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
In this era mystery, secrets and the hidden layers of the psyche were explored, and people grew interested in inner transformation and the supernatural. In you, instinct runs deep and you are sensitive to unseen forces around you. The risk is being lost in mystery, excess suspicion or illusion about intimacy. Use your depth for healing, and choose whom to trust with awareness.
Neptune in a birth chart
Neptune is the planet of imagination, compassion and the dissolving of boundaries. It describes where you dream, where you sense more than you can explain, and where you long for something beyond the ordinary. It brings inspiration and idealism, but it can also blur the line between vision and illusion.
Scorpio at a glance
- Element
- Water
- Modality
- Fixed
Scorpio is fixed water. Mars is its traditional ruler and Pluto its modern one, a pairing that suits a Sun with great force running below the surface. You tend to be private, perceptive and drawn to what lies beneath appearances: motives, secrets, hidden causes. Shallow talk bores you, and you would rather go deep with a few people and topics. Crises that scatter others often bring out your most focused, resourceful self.
