Planets in signs and houses
Neptune in Gemini
Tropical zodiac, Western astrology
In this era fact and imagination blended in the flow of information, and people communicated through images and stories. In you, the mind picks up subtle signals and tells stories poetically, but you may confuse fact with feeling or answer off the point. Check information against reliable sources and keep clear notes. Your gift for imaginative language can then be used with confidence.
Neptune in a birth chart
Neptune is the planet of imagination, compassion and the dissolving of boundaries. It describes where you dream, where you sense more than you can explain, and where you long for something beyond the ordinary. It brings inspiration and idealism, but it can also blur the line between vision and illusion.
Gemini at a glance
- Element
- Air
- Modality
- Mutable
Gemini is mutable air, ruled by Mercury, the planet of messages and exchange. With your Sun here, the world is first of all something to ask questions of. You collect information, connect unrelated ideas and move easily between circles, topics and moods. Your mind tends to run on two or three tracks at once, which makes you quick and entertaining and occasionally restless. Learning, to you, is a form of play.
